Located in Plainfield, New Hampshire and along the Upper Connecticut River Valley, Harmony winds piano Services combines a unique musician-driven perspective with expert insight into the mechanics of your piano. 

A life long love of the piano and its music allowed early life piano lessons in suburban Boston to continuing studies at The Julliard School of Music in piano studies and music theory.  To earn a living, I crafted A LIFE IN THE WORLD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING BUT NEVER WAS THE PIANO or its .music out of my reach.  I retired from the business world and was drawn to and enrolled in The North Bennett Street School in Boston where I graduated and earned my certification in Piano Technology.  Today I take these credentials along with my passion for the piano throughout my travels, into your home and to your piano. 

As a piano technician, my job is not just to tune your piano.  My job is to know Your piano:  to hear, feel and bring out its subtleties and nuances so that you can hear , feel and express the subtleties as well..  The action parts of your piano are constantly being stressed and can ultimately fail to perform or break.   Centrally located in New England, I can travel throughout the northeast to provide tuning, cleaning and maintenance services throughout the year.

When not playing or working on pianos,  I spend my time living in and  enjoying this part of the world.  Family, good friends and fine neighbors are all around.   I do just enough gardening to keep me connected to Mother Earth, I do just enough snow skiing to help me survive the long New England Winters, I do just enough bicycling to keep the mind, heart and body in shape to enjoy all of this.  And then I tend to my honeybees.
